I was able to find a nice little grassfed round roast at Whole Foods last week. I have it in the crock pot for tonight’s dinner. I threw in some onions, pepper, sea salt, mushrooms and beef stock. I hope it turns out OK. I don’t plan on cooking for the next two days, so we can finish up this and the rest of the left overs in the fridge!
My second Green B.E.A.N delivery comes today, and I am excited about it :). Last night I planned next weeks menu and have a few new recipes to cook, yay variety!!! I was trying to find a neat dessert to make for Valentines Day, but it seems that both my husband and daughter have been going overboard with the “cheats” lately, so that canned that idea. Then I saw a post on facebook via Steve’s Original Paleo Kits. It was a recipe for Papaya Ice Cream w/ paleo krunch (their paleo krunch is to die for). So anyway I wanted to share that with you and I might try it on Monday. I’ll let you know if I do.

I worked at 145 lbs on the DL, and felt pretty solid, probably a tad too light.
wod: 10 minute amrap
10 wall balls
10 box jumps 20″
10 deadlifts 95lbs
I rx’d this WOD and got 4 round + 28, and was panting like a dog afterwards! Gotta love CF
